Dr. Eric Toone the Technical Lead, Investment Committee, Breakthrough Energy Ventures shares his insights on the role geological hydrogen could play in revolutionising the energy sector.
He starts discussing geologic hydrogen at 36.36 in the video.
He says ‘hydrogen is pure reactive chemical energy. If I have enough hydrogen and its cheap enough I can do anything – make materials, make steel, make fuel etc. Cheap means $1/kg or less.’
