HyTerra is in the news! Stockhead’s latest coverage of HyTerra’s innovative approach to white hydrogen has been shared by a number of news outlets. This media coverage underscores the growing interest in white hydrogen’s potential for low-cost, low-emission energy solutions.
HyTerra is an early mover in developing white hydrogen where It can deliver immediate decarbonisation goals by supplying existing sectors such as fertilisers, plastics, cement and steel. Scheduled for drilling in Q3 2024, our Nemaha Project covers 12,720 acres and has historical evidence of hydrogen and helium occurrences. The site’s strategic location between Kansas City and Wichita ensures excellent infrastructure connectivity, vital for future development.
Executive Director Benjamin Mee highlights white hydrogen’s cost-effectiveness and low carbon intensity, making it an ideal candidate for decarbonising heavy industries.
“White hydrogen is basically hydrogen made naturally by the earth and as a result there is an immediate advantage from a cost and carbon perspective that could be central to the future of the hydrogen industry,” he told Stockhead.
